The Biomimicry Institute is embarking towards a ten-year vision to dramatically scale the impact that biomimicry is having on some of the biggest challenges facing the world today. Since our founding 20 years ago, we have worked to spread the practice of looking to the solutions developed by living organisms over billions of years to provide insight and inspiration for effective, efficient.

Biomimicry Monaco
In collaboration with Biomimicry Monaco, the Gaïarta team is undertaking an extraordinary mission to breathe new life into the iconic vessel Chandeleur. This visionary project will transform the Chandeleur into a living laboratory, showcasing groundbreaking innovations.
Sumus
Sumus supports Gaïarta to set sail as an ambassador of Biomimicry and the collective intelligence of the Venetian ecosystem. This through a world challenge dedicated to exploring new approaches to the most present question for Venice; sea level rising.
Future collaborations
Children of the tide
For our first mission Children of the tide we want to get in contact with coastal communities that are affected by sea level rising. We are also eager to hear from NGOs and schools who operate in these areas or in connection with these communities.
